You confirm that all information provided in this rental application is complete, accurate, and truthful to the best of your knowledge. Any false or misleading information may result in the rejection of your application or termination of your tenancy.
You authorize the property management (Nova Solutions Property Management) to contact the individuals listed in the application, including but not limited to:
The purpose of contacting these individuals is to verify the information provided in your application, assess your eligibility, and conduct necessary background checks related to the tenancy.
You consent to Nova Solutions Property Management conducting credit checks, criminal background checks, and other relevant screening processes as part of your application review. You also authorize the sharing of your personal information with third-party agencies to facilitate these checks.
Information obtained from individuals or agencies contacted will be used solely for the purpose of assessing your suitability as a tenant. Nova Solutions Property Management agrees to handle all information in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
You agree that the individuals listed in the application, including references and guarantors, are aware of your intention to provide their contact information and are comfortable being contacted by Nova Solutions Property Management.
All personal data provided by you and collected during the verification process will be handled securely and in accordance with privacy regulations. Nova Solutions Property Management will not share your personal information with third parties beyond the scope of tenant screening, unless required by law.
Nova Solutions Property Management will treat all information provided in the application with confidentiality. However, this confidentiality is subject to legal disclosure requirements.
Nova Solutions Property Management reserves the right to reject any rental application at its sole discretion without disclosing the reason. If your application is rejected, any deposit or application fee paid will be refunded, subject to the policies outlined in the rental application form.
Nova Solutions Property Management reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Applicants will be notified of any significant changes.
